It is important to adequately exfoliate before your waxing service. Exfoliating 3 times a week will help prevent the potential of ingrown hairs. If any of your current skincare products contain retinoid, you should stop using them prior to your waxing appointment. If you are using over the counter products, you can stop using them two weeks prior to your appointment. If your retinoid is a prescription, you need to contact your dermatologist for information regarding the best time for you to receive a wax.

Waxing Post Care:

You should continue exfoliating at least 3 times a week post wax. If you need any assistance choosing the correct exfoliant for your skin type, we would love to help you.
